In 2005 a life-long dream was realized. With the guidance of his father and master
jeweler Mark Romero, D.B.D. Produces jewelry entirely in house. From concept to
creation everything is done in our shop in Albuquerque, NM. Diamonds by Design has the
feel of a mom and pop shop with the creativity of major corporations. We will continue to
provide one on one service through out our entire design process.

Design Approach
Diamonds By Design has design specialists that are constantly focused on evolution and
creativity. We encourage our concepts to push the boundary of conventional jewelry
design.

Our Design Process
- Design Consultation - Clients bring in design ideas like pictures, drawings and
mental concepts to our design team. - Create 3-D Rendering - Our designers create models and then produce a 3-D
wax model of your Jewelry. - Estimate & Deposit - From our clients requests and the costs determined by
metals, gemstones and/or diamonds used we can estimate final cost. A 50%
deposit is required and is conformation to finalize production. - Casting - The wax model is used to create an exact metal copy of our clients
jewelry. - Stone Setting - Once casting is finished and polished our master jeweler sets
your stones. - Finishing - Our master jewelers finish all quality control tests and we display our
finished jewelry in a unique box for owner to pick up.

Scott Headrick of Albuquerque New Mexico is our lead designer since 2005. A natural
artisan Scott takes the customer from start to finish gathering input and creating sketches
and models for customer approval and is intricately involved in production.
